Crawl space contractors: partner with Crawl Space Encapsulation Pros
If your crew seals, dries and insulates crawl spaces and you want homeowner requests from your own county that no competitor sees, this page explains how the arrangement works and how to apply.
Who this is for
We are looking for established crawl space companies: firms that install vapor barriers and full encapsulation liners, seal foundation vents, set dehumidifiers and sump pits, replace sagging insulation and repair wood damaged by moisture. A two-person shop with a strong local reputation is as welcome as a multi-crew operation, provided you answer homeowners promptly and stand behind your installs.
We are not a contractor and we never present ourselves as one. Crawl Space Encapsulation Pros is an independent homeowner resource published by Cornelia Cove LLC. Our job is to explain the work honestly, help owners understand a fair scope, and then put the right local company in front of them.
How the requests are generated
Homeowners reach this site while researching musty odors, cupping hardwood floors, condensation on ductwork, standing water under the house or a failed home-inspection note about the crawl space. They read our cost guide, compare a plain vapor barrier with full encapsulation, work through the inspection checklist and use the line-item estimator to see which parts of the job apply to their home.
When an owner wants a real quote, they fill in the request form. That form asks for a name, ZIP code, email, an optional phone number and free-text project details, and it carries the estimate range the owner built on the page. We do not buy lists, we do not run sweepstakes or giveaways, and we do not call people who never asked to be contacted.
What reaches you
Each request is reviewed by a person before it is passed on. You get the owner's contact details, their ZIP code, the notes they wrote about the crawl space, and, when they used it, the estimator range with the line items they selected, such as liner, vent sealing, dehumidifier, sump or insulation removal. That context means your first call can start with the problem instead of a long round of discovery questions.
Owners are told that their request may go to an independent local company. They are never told you are part of our business or that we did the work.
Exclusive, first-come county territories
Territories are drawn by county. When a company is accepted for a county, crawl space requests from ZIP codes in that county go to that one company and to no one else. We do not split a request three ways or sell it again after you have it.
Counties are offered first-come. The first qualified company to apply for a county and complete onboarding holds it. If your county is already taken, we can put you on a waiting list for it or talk about a neighboring county that is still open. We only accept as many counties as you can actually serve, because a slow response hurts the homeowner and the site.
What we ask of partners
Hold whatever contractor license, registration and insurance your state and county require for crawl space and moisture work, and be willing to show it. Give written, itemized proposals so the owner can compare your scope with the estimate they built. Reply to new requests quickly, and tell us if a lead was bad, a duplicate or outside your area so we can fix the source.
We also ask that you never pressure an owner into encapsulation when a simpler drainage or vent fix is the honest answer. Our guides say the same thing, and owners notice when the quote matches the advice.
Questions crawl space companies ask us
Do you send moisture jobs that are really drainage or grading problems? Sometimes, and the owner's notes usually make that clear. If you also regrade, install French drains or extend downspouts, say so in your application and we will note it on your profile. Do owners expect a free inspection? Our checklist encourages them to ask for a moisture reading and photos of the crawl space before they accept a proposal, so arrive ready to show them what you found. Can I cover a county where I already do a lot of work? Yes, that is the ideal case, as long as it is still open.
How to apply
Use the request form on this page. Put your company name, the counties you want, your license and insurance details and the services you offer in the project details box. We read every application and reply by email. There is no phone line for applications.
Terms are agreed individually with each company before any request is sent. Nothing on this page is an offer of a set volume of requests, and we do not publish a price list. Volume depends on homeowner demand in your county and the season.
